King Shaka International Airport Master Plan

Delta Built Environment Consultants (Delta BEC) was appointed by Airports Company South Africa (ACSA) to update the Master Plan for King Shaka International Airport (KSIA), which replaced Durban International Airport and supports the Dube TradePort development.

TIKZN Aquaculture Site Analysis

Woodlands Residential Development

Delta Built Environment Consultants (Delta BEC) was appointed by ARCIS Property Development to oversee the design and construction supervision of the civil and structural works for the new Woodlands Estate in Ballito, KwaZulu-Natal. This upscale residential development includes 110 double-storey units, an entrance gatehouse, and a communal clubhouse with a swimming pool, all while integrating a wetland area in the northern portion of the erf for a nature-friendly aesthetic.

Candover Clinic

As part of South Africa’s Ideal Clinic programme, the Candover Clinic project, undertaken by Delta Built Environment Consultants (Delta BEC) on behalf of the KwaZulu-Natal Department of Health, seeks to enhance primary health care (PHC) services in KwaZulu-Natal. The Ideal Clinic concept, launched by the National Department of Health, ensures each clinic is fully functional with adequate staff, medicine, infrastructure, and administrative systems. By achieving these standards, clinics can address health challenges effectively through preventive care, early detection, and timely referrals, ultimately bolstering the success of the National Health Insurance system.
