Delta Built Environment Consultants (Delta BEC) was appointed by the East London Industrial Development Zone (ELIDZ) to conduct a comprehensive assessment of all Heating, Ventilation, and Air-Conditioning (HVAC) equipment within the ELIDZ property portfolio. This project involved visual inspections of 2932 units across 73 buildings, ensuring operational efficiency throughout the HVAC infrastructure.
