Delta Built Environment Consultants (Delta BEC) was appointed by Dube TradePort to design and implement services and facilities for the AgriZone site. Together with subconsultants, Delta BEC oversaw the development of this high-value agricultural facility in La Mercy, Durban, covering 11 construction areas.

The AgriZone includes a production component (nursery, greenhouses, mushroom and tissue culture facilities), a post-harvest component (pack houses), and a support component (office, clinic, canteen, entrance, taxi rank, and irrigation reservoirs). Delta BEC managed the design and construction of all required services and infrastructure.
